Project Description

Development of end-to-end capabilities based on advanced and extensible widgets (Front-End) supported with micro services as Back-End.

 

What your role will be?

  • Investigate, document and maintain both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements through permanent communication with key Stakeholders
  • Work in complex environment (up to 10 Teams) where the communication should take first place
  • Elicit Requirements through active communication from key stakeholder
  • Requirement Management (document, track, prioritize)
  • Efficient communication via all available channels
  • Close relation with the Team Members to validate the delivery of the requirements
  •  Contribute towards the production of test plans, detailed project plans and estimate
  • Active and correct following of the SCRUM ceremonies

Match your profile

  • Experience in business analysis or product management of complex middleware/ backend software solutions;
  • End-to-end knowledge of SDLC concerning large systems;
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of requirements management practices, techniques and software tools;
  • The analyst will be a complementary team member of strong technical team delivering solutions rapidly towards the client;
  • Assist senior team members and client to monitor the project and make decisions;
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior management and client;
  • Team oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others in order to achieve a common goal;
  • Open to working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team;
  • Having a proactive attitude towards solving problems;
  • Excellent client facing skills;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Interest in career development and willingness to learn;
  • Available to travel at client premises according to project needs and client expectation

 

    The following skills would be a plus:

  • Knowledge regarding the UX
  • Experience with process modelling standards and tools
  •  Knowledge of process modelling standards
  • Agile methodologies experience
  • Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Banking domain exposure
  •  Understand all standard tools and methodologies concerning Business Analysis including processes, artefacts and tools
