As a Talent and Operations Officer you will be:

  • In charge of all logistics and act as a go-to person
  • Responsible for all administrative duties, management of personnel records and employee data, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintaining a high standard of organisation in the office, while nurturing a positive working environment
  • Maintaining inventory and supply levels (ordering food, drink, equipment, office supplies)
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment on employee experience
  • Promoting talent programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies
  • Undertaking tasks around performance management
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Processing employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview


We are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role (HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Team management skills
  • Experience ATS and HRIS softwares
  • Ability to multitask a variety of projects, and pay attention to the details – all while keeping a positive attitude
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Exceptionally strong ownership and “can-do” attitude, requiring little guidance
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
